Data processing on our webpage

When you visit our webpage, our server temporarily stores any access in a login file. The following data are collected and stored until the automatic deletion:

–    IP address of requesting server
–    accessing date and hour
–    name and URL of called file
–    quantity of transmitted data
–    message if the call was successful
–    recognition data of browser and operation system used.

The processing of these data is carried out for making easier the use of the webpage (establishing the connection), system safety, technical administration of the network infrastructure, as well as improvement of Internet offer. We cannot attribute these data to certain persons. Joining these data with other data sources is not carried out. Moreover, the data are deleted after a statistical consideration.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

Your interests that need protection are permanently taken into account at data processing, according to the legal provisions. The personal data are collected only if you communicated voluntarily to us when you contacted us (for example, your name, your e-mail address or your address). Use of cookies

In order to make attractive the visit of our webpage and make easier the use of certain functions, we use the so-called cookies on different pages. In this case, we are talking about small text files, placed on the terminal device. Creation of pseudo-anonymous use profiles for web analysis

On this webpage are collected and stored data by the web analysis software Open Source Piwik (de.piwik.org), from which use profiles are created by using pseudonyms. We have the possibility to analyze our webpage and make up our offer, and if necessary, to give it a shape. Piwik uses the so-called “cookies”. A cookie involves a text file, which is sent when visiting a webpage and stored on your hard-disk. The information produced by cookies are stored on our server in Germany. Except your IP address, any other personal data are not collected, processed or stored. Your IP address is only memorized in an anonymous way. The transfer of data collected by Piwik to other server is carried out as little as a further transmission to third parties.

If you did not already stop the collection by analysis software through the setting of your browser, you can also oppose the collection through Piwik by turning off the selection field below, which has as consequence the lack of collecting any use data. Attention: if you delete your cookies, this results in the deletion of Opt-out cookies and if it is the case, they have to be reactivated by you.

Right to information, correction, deletion or blocking of your data

According to the federal law on data protection, you are entitled on request to free of charge information concerning stored data related to your person, as well as, if applicable, to the correction, blocking or deletion of these data.
