• Separating the fitting layers with a metallic cylindrical head on a magazine bar for cleaning by thermal degreasing;
• Cycle duration: 130 fittings in 30 sec.

• Automatic decoupling of the separation mechanism when the magazine bars are retracted
• Adjustment of the separation and storage mechanism speed, with no steps, with the use of the potentiometer, through the three phase current motor with frequency rectifier;
• Adjusting the pneumatic pressing pressure at the fittings stack by an inductive system of measuring the track provided with a proportional pressure adjusting valve, analogous to the »filling level« of the fittings;
• PLC Siemens with Siemens text operating panel;
• Adjusting motor for thread adjustment
• Programming the machine with Siemens STEP7
