Requirements

• After applying the fitting, the case sealing must be tested;
• 3 sample versions with short modification time;
• Checking the overpressure and underpressure
• Cycle duration: 30 sec. per sample
• Labelling the tested samples with I.O result
• Confirmation of NIO component by the operating staff
• Automatic and manual operation

Solution

• Two separated testing cells, fully automated, with double drawer mechanism;
• Components support for all sample versions;
• Only one testing program for all sample versions;
• Bodies with volume modification, with quick change, to maintain the check volume at the same value for each sample version;
• 2 JW-Fröhlich machines for testing leaks, with Profibus interface;
• 2 channels security equipment, with protection door monitoring and lock
• The NIO components shall be evacuated by manual confirmation, by using a chamfer for NIO monitored with sensors;
• Calibration possibility by Master sample;
• Siemens touch panel and PLC control with Profibus interface;
• Programming the machine through Siemens S7;
