Solution

• Conveyer with vibrations (flow of 14 l) with adjustment against blockages, linear conveyer with vibrations and selection of components for injector;
• Conveyer with vibrations with adjustment against blockages, linear conveyer with vibrations and selection of components for nozzle casing;
• Tank of 40 l for nozzle casing;
• 2D pneumatic line portal with 3 positions;
• Vacuum suction grabber;
• Microsensor in embedded vacuum suction grabber for the verification of correct assemblage;
• Siemens control;
• Machine programming through Siemens S7;
